ContactAtOnce! has added several new features and improvements to enhance the chat experience for Agent and Consumer including the following:
New Features:

General Enhancements:

Multi-Language Support

Agents can now choose between English, Spanish and French via options menu. This changes the entire user interface to the chosen language.

Real Time Translate
Users can choose a language for real time translation to and from English.


How it works:

  1. Agent chooses language in conversation for real time translation
  2. Messages from consumer are translated to English
  3. Messages from Agent to consumer are translated to chosen language
  4. As composed and As Translated are both shown on Agent side

MTC Blacklist

Agents can now blacklist offensive consumers with the press of a button from the MTC alert window.

Agents can now send the URL of the active content tab to the consumer as a message.

General Enhancements
Several additional enhancements were made to improve the chat experience and access to content. Those enhancements include:

  • Improved Dictionary – thousands of industry terms taken from actual chat conversations were added to the spellcheck dictionary
  • New Version Indicator – notifies the user when a new version is ready for download
  • Enhanced VOI Support – now supplying drop down selectors for year and make in the consumer profile update window
  • Automatic Proxy Detect for Enhanced Content – automatically detects proxy setting for internet access so the Agent can see the special content delivered in conversation tabs
