The Offline Contact form enables site visitors who did not engage a advertiser sales rep to leave a message.  Instant notification to the advertiser allows immediate call back.

How It Works

  • A site visitor initiates an Instant Connect session
  • None of the available agents respond to the Instant Connect lead
  • ContactAtOnce! presents the Offline Contact form to the site visitor
  • Site visitor leaves message including name, email and/or phone and a short message
  • Lead information is captured in lead tracking and analytics
  • Lead information is sent to advertiser via email and, if configured, via Short Message Service (SMS) to a designated advertiser mobile phone
