iPhone & iPod Touch Agent Client

ContactAtOnce!  released the version of the industry’s first native client for the Apple iPhoneTM and iPod TouchTM Release 1 is available now in the Apple App Store.

iPad Client Release 2 – General Availability

ContactAtOnce!  published release 2 the version of the industry’s first native client for the Apple iPadTM.  Highlights of the new release include:

  • Ability to “login” and control online status from the iPad
  • Improved message composition and sending
  • Many technical enhancements

Mobile Desktop Extension Release 2

ContactAtOnce! a Release 2 includes several new features to improve usability of the Mobile Desktop Extension (MDE). Notable new features includes:

    • Additional SMS Provider Paths – Greater Coverage
    • Enhanced Registration to Enable Additional SMS Provider Paths
    • Shortcuts for the Mobile Agent

Twitter & Facebook Support

ContactAtOnce! allows Direct Merchants (Dealer Edition and Property Edition) to cross-promote their Social Media sites within the consumer chat window. When specified, buttons that link to a merchant’s social media sites are displayed in the consumer chat window.

    • Twitter Account Pages

Advanced Settings Self-Service

ContactAtOnce! now allows Direct Merchants (Dealer Edition and Property Edition) to control, via portal self-service, many “advanced” aspects of their accounts. Advanced settings are grouped into a number of logical sections.

Chat Conversation Controls – Control Timing/Behavior of the Chat Application

    • Number of Seconds between ‘ping intervals’
    • Number of ‘ping Intervals’ to keep chat window open

Chat Conversation Controls – Internal Settings

    • Maximum Number of concurrent chat sessions sent to any given agent
    • Option to receive chat session transcript emails only for interactive chats
    • Option to choose between shortcut packages

    • Specify a Twitter account to be highlighted in the consumer chat window
    • Specify a Facebook fan page to be highlighted in the consumer chat window

Third Party Analytics

    • Specify a Google Analytics code to track ContactAtOnce! chats in Google Analytics as a “goal”
    • Specify a Yahoo! Web Analytics code to track ContactAtOnce! chats in Yahoo! Analytics as a “conversion event”

Update Tracked Number Web Service
ContactAtOnce! now provides a web service for updating provisioned tracked telephone numbers.

‘Feature of the Week’ Alert Service
ContactAtOnce! now publishes periodic “IM Alerts” to users. Designed to be informative and useful, the alerts inform the users about important features that the user may not be leveraging. Agents may opt out of any future alerts.
