Mobile Text Connect Enhancements

Send Agent Photo via MMS
Contact At Once can now send the answering agents photo via MMS.

  • The consumer phone number must be MMS enabled
  • Agent photo must be a .JPEG format
  • Automatically sends if your account is not already configured to use the Auto Response VCF

Rest Services

Initiate MTC Variation API
Initiate MTC Variation is a RESTful web service allows authorized third parties to start a new MTC Conversation with listing details. Reference: Initiate MTC Variation API.

Reporting Enhancements

Conversation Detail Reports
Contact At Once has made several enhancements to the Conversation Detail Report, which can be found linked to both the Chat Conversation Detail Report and the Mobile Text Connect Detail Report.

  • Lead history is now presented on a per conversation basis.
  • The Message counts have been updated to include “System” to list the system messages
  • The “Total” now includes those values so the total matches the summary report and the actual transcript on the page

Portal Enhancements

Presence Icon Image Catalog
Contact At Once has made aesthetic changes to the Presence Icon Image Catalog on the Manage Placements page.

  • Your custom icons are grouped separately than the system provided icons
  • There is now a Select button rather than a link
  • You can click on a icon image to enlarge it

  • There are now graphical icons to represent which templates and Responsive and/or Behavioral
  • There is now a Select button rather than a link

Other

Switch to HTTPS
Contact At Once is committed to adhering to strict security standards to ensure the safety of all data we collect. Now when you log into the Portal, you will automatically redirected to the HTTPS version of the Portal URL.

You will probably not notice any differences in your daily interaction with the Portal, but your data and your consumers’ data will be more secure. Depending on your browser settings, you may need to reenter your username and password when logging into the Portal.

Note: To retrieve your Portal Password, click the “Forgot Your Password?” link on the Portal login page and enter your userid.
The password will be sent to the email address we have on file if it matches.
