Improved Usability on Registration Page

Improved Chat Video and Image Options

In addition to being able to start a live video session you have 4 new options for sending videos and images in a chat conversation.

  1. Record and Send a Video
  2. Capture and Send an Image
  3. Send Video from Gallery
  4. Send Image from Gallery

Note: Once a video or an image has been captured or selected from the gallery the file will be uploaded through the Contact At Once servers and return a short link that can be sent in the current chat session.

Improved MTC Video and Image Options

In addition to being able to record and send a video agents now have 3 new options for sending a video or image in an MTC conversation.

  1. Capture and Send an Image

MTC Consumer Information Enhancements

Now when you open your Mobile Text Conversations you will be able to see the consumer information such as the: Name, Phone Number and Email Address when provided.

Agents can now blacklist offensive consumers with the press of a button from the MTC mobile conversation view.
