Consumer Profile Update

ContactAtOnce! maintains a profile for each consumer that conducts a chat conversation.  A cookie is set on the consumers browser for repeat visit identification.  If a repeat visit is detected, the consumer’s profile information is automatically loaded into the chat on the Agent side to increase personalization of the chat experience.  Chat history is also maintained by the Consumer Profile.

At the end of a chat conversation, the Agent is presented with the screen below to update Consumer Profile information. This information is also updated in the XML lead record and distributed according to Contact Settings on the account.
