It is a proven fact that Consumers like to communicate via Text (SMS).  ContactAtOnce! now offers the ability to turn a Chat conversation into a Text Conversation with Take It On The Go! This feature is a natural extension to our award winning Mobile Text Connect product which connects Consumers with Chat Operators via SMS through the ContactAtOnce! network.

How it Works

Take It On The Go! is very simple. Here is how it works:

  1. Chat conversation starts
  2. Take It On The Go! slider appears.
  3. Consumer enters Name and Phone information during or at the end of the conversation and clicks Confirm button.
  4. A Mobile Text Connect conversation is then started between the Consumer and the Agent with whom they were chatting.
  5. Transcript of the chat conversation is associated with the text conversation for future reference.

Configuration

Take It On The Go! is available at no charge for Chat Connect 360 customers with Mobile Text Connect.  Contact your Sales Rep or the ContactAtOnce! Support team to turn on and off the feature.  Self-service management of Take It On the Go! through the Portal is coming soon.
