Feature Definition
Form To Phone provides voice alerts for advertisers when a email lead form has been completed by a site visitor and, optionally, creates an immediate ‘inline’ callback to the customer.  Thus converting an email lead into a phone lead.

How It Works

  • A site visitor completes an online lead form on a publisher site
  • Publisher invokes the FormToPhone service identifying the customer, advertiser and any relevant lead details (e.g., year, make and model of a vehicle)
  • ContactAtOnce! places a system-generated phone call to the advertiser.  In the phone call, the relevant details of the lead are conveyed to the advertiser using text-to-speech and pre-recorded audio files.
  • When a customer return number is known, the advertiser is prompted if they wish to bridge the customer immediately into the phone conversation.  If the advertiser accepts, the customer number is dialed immediately and the customer is added to the phone call.
  • Response analytics such as date, time, call status, lead details,  consumer identification and session duration are captured
