| PurchaserEmail | String | Optional | Nullable. Email address of the person at the advertiser that requested ContactAtOnce! service. If supplied, this person will receive a cc of the provisioning email sent to the advertiser. |
| SalesRepName | String | Optional | Nullable. Name of the sales person at the Publisher responsible for the advertiser account. |
| SalesRepEmail | String | Optional | Nullable. Email address of sales person at the Publisher responsible for the advertiser account. If supplied, this person will receive a cc of the provisioning email sent to the advertiser. |
