CRM Integration – Auto Data Feed (ADF)

ContactAtOnce! allows automatic integration with CRM systems that support the ADF standard. When activated, this feature automatically integrates ContactAtOnce! facilitated leads into the CRM system.

Topic Overview
CRM Integration allows for the streamlining of auto dealer sales processes by automatically integrating leads generated from third party lead sources  and dealer sites into the CRM systems’ lead management tools. ContactAtOnce! facilitated leads of all types (tracked phone call, click to call, instant messaging) may be sent to CRM systems.

How It Works
CRM systems that support ADF integration do so via a email interface.  When ContactAtOnce! facilitates a customer contact, an email is sent to the email address of the CRM system.  The email includes relevant lead information formatted according to the ADF standard specification. ADF is a specification of XML document format.  The receiving CRM system interprets the ADF lead content and inserts in to the lead management tools. The leads may then be managed via a dealer’s CRM system.

The data included in the ADF XML document varies based on the lead source and the lead type but can include:

  • Lead Source
  • Customer Name
  • Customer Telephone Number
  • Customer Email
  • Vehicle of Interest
  • Transcript of IM session
  • Link to Call Audio
  • Lead Identifiers to correlated to ContactAtOnce! portal reports

ContactAtOnce! sends the ADF to the email address specified in the XML Lead Address field on the Contact Settings page.

Lead Source Identification
Lead source and type are identified in the Provider node of the ADF xml. ContactAtOnce!supports four lead types which are written to the Service node which is a child node of Provider. All four examples are listed below. CRM providers can use the Provider and Service nodes to break out leads by source and type using this information.
