Contact At Once! can work almost everywhere, giving you a single view into the sales and service conversations that result across your digital network. With Contact At Once!, you can control conversations from your site to OEM brand and CPO sites, Apple Business Chat, Google My Business, Facebook Marketplace, AdWords, vehicle search sites, review sites like DealerRater, and so much more.
Integrated Inventory Feeds
Inventory integrations (like CDK Global, Dealer.com/HomeNet, etc.) allow your agents or Live Advisors to search for the exact vehicle a shopper is looking for, recommend others and share rich media directly in the chat window—whether the shopper is chatting with your dealership on a desktop or mobile device.
Integrated Vehicle History Reports
Agents can easily access CarFax and CarProof reports for any car in the dealer’s inventory, preview the report to answer questions and share that report with the shopper. This convenience may even help shorten the selling cycle because consumers can get all the information they need to make decisions as they message.
Integrated Lead Management
Contact At Once! already integrates with most leading CRM or lead management systems (40+), which means every conversation and lead can be tracked and recorded.
