ContactAtOnce! Search Engine Analytics Support


Overview

ContactAtOnce! supports tracking the effectiveness of Search Engine Marketing (SEM) and Search Engine Optimization (SEO) efforts. ContactAtOnce! supports conversion tracking with Google Analytics and Yahoo! Web Analytics. Standard tracking code from Google and Yahoo! are embedded within ContactAtOnce!  facilitated conversions and thus conversions may be tracked within Google Analytics and Yahoo! Web Analytics.

Tracked conversion events include:

  • Instant Messaging Sessions
  • ClickToCall/ClickForCallback requests
  • Email Lead Form submissions

Google Analytics

Google Analytics reports conversions in the “Goals Reporting” section of Google Analytics. When properly configured, each Instant Messaging Session, ClickToCall/ClickForCallback and Email Lead Form submission (as appropriate) will be reported within the Google Analytics reports as a “Conversion”.

To configure ContactAtOnce! and Google Analytics:

You have two choices for the Destination depending on the chat window you are using on your website. If you are using the standard chat window, enter “DialogNavigator.aspx”. If you are using the vertical chat window, enter “DialogNavigatorVertical.aspx”. Please make sure to select “Regular expression” under Destination.

You can add your Google Analytics code (UA Id)  in the Third Party Analytics Section of your Advanced Settings in the ContactAtOnce! Portal
