Meta tagged lead data is available for export into reports and CRM systems. Sales lead data is automatically captured for many communication types including ClickForCallback and Inbound Tracked Calls.

Sales Lead Attributes

ContactAtOnce! allows a number of meta data attributes to be set for sales leads. Note that not all forms allow all attributes to be defined

Methods to Capture/Maintain Sales Lead Meta Data

ContactAtOnce! provides many methods to capture and/or maintain sales lead meta data. These include automated methods that require no effort by advertiser and several that require advertiser action.  The methods include::

  • “Smart” Inline Lead Profile Update — automatically scans chat sessions at the conclusion of a chat session and prompts sales person to confirm/update suggested meta data
  • IM Conversation History and Profile Update — a consumer profile update form is available within the IM chat session
  • Portal Consumer Profile Update — a consumer profile update form in the ContactAtOnce! portal updates the lead profile
  • Session Transcript – when the site visitor completes the transcript request form, the email address specified is captured in the lead profile
  • Name Prompt – If a name prompt form is specified, the fields completed by the site visitor are captured in the lead profile
  • Offline Contact – If an advertiser misses a chat and the shopper completes the Offline Contact form the meta data is captured
