How It Works

A site visitor already engaged in an IM conversation clicks the click-to-call phone icon in the conversation window

  • ContactAtOnce! presents a Publisher co-branded form prompting the site visitor for their name and callback number
  • ContactAtOnce! creates an on-the-fly conference call using regular phones over the Public Switched Telephone Network.
  • ContactAtOnce! first calls the advertiser representative engaged in the IM conversation and then calls the site visitor
  • Response analytics such as date, time, called number and conversation transcript are captured
