How It Works

  • A site visitor clicks the VoIP and Video icon
  • ContactAtOnce! determines if site visitor PC has requisite software to conduct a VoIP and Video session and if so prompts site visitor to accept session
  • ContactAtOnce! prompts advertiser representative to accept VoIP and Video session
  • VoIP and Video session is established.
  • Instant Connect session augmented with two-way PC-to-PC audio.
  • Instant Connect session augmented with one-way (Agent to Site Visitor) if advertiser representative PC suitably equipped with webcam.
  • Response analytics such as date, time, agent, consumer identification and session duration are captured
