Q: Where can I download the ContactAtOnce! chat client from?
A: The ContactAtOnce! chat client can be downloaded from http://www.contactatonce.com/install/. You will still need your ContactAtOnce! user id and password. Your ContactAtOnce! administrator can also provide you with a link to the installation that will not require your user id and password.
Q: Where can I find my userid and password for the ContactAtOnce! chat client?
A: The administrator for your account can retrieve your user id and password from the ContactAtOnce! portal, http://portal.contactatonce.com by navigating to Provisioning on top navigation bar then Provision Agent on the left hand menu.
Q: Where can I add/remove members from my sales team?
A: The administrator for your account can add/remove agents from the ContactAtOnce! portal, http://portal.contactatonce.com by navigating to Provisioning on top navigation bar then Provision Agent on the left hand menu.
Q: How can I upload photos of my sales team?
A: The administrator for your account can upload photos through the ContactAtOnce! Customer Portal, http://portal.contactatonce.com. Navigate to Provisioning on top navigation bar then Provision Agent on the left hand menu, here your administrator can edit your information as well as upload your photo.
Q: Where can I reset password to the ContactAtOnce! customer portal?
A: You can reset your ContactAtOnce! portal password by clicking on the “I forgot my password” link on the left hand side of the customer portal homepage at http://portal.contactatonce.com/.
