LLC (CAO, we, us, our) obtains through its Service, which is typically launched from links found on the websites of its Merchants and Providers (Clients) and its Customer Portal, located at and . Service Provider Collection/Use:

We collect the following kinds of personal information from our Clients:

o   Contact Information such as name, email address, phone number;

o   Unique Identifiers such as user name, password;

o   And if provided, a profile picture

We may collect the following kinds of personal information from Consumers via our Service:

o   Contact Information such as name and email address

We use this information to:

o   Assist in the providing of services to Consumers on the behalf of our Clients

o   Send the requested product or service information to our Clients

o   Respond to customer service requests of our Clients

o   Administer the accounts of our Clients

o   Send newsletters to Clients

CAO collects information under the direction of its Clients, and has no direct relationship with the individuals whose personal data information [T3] it processes. CAO works with its Clients to help them provide notice to their customers concerning the purpose for which personal information is collected.


We collect information for our Clients, if you are a customer of one of our Clients and would no longer like to be contacted by one of our Clients that use our Service, please contact the Client that you interact with directly.  If you are a Client and would like to update your account information, you can do so by accessing your account settings or by contact us via one of the methods listed below.

Service Provider, Sub-Processors/Onward Transfer


We will share your personal information with third parties only in the ways that are described in this privacy policy. We may transfer personal information to companies that help us provide our [T4] Service. Transfers to subsequent third parties are covered by the provisions in this Policy regarding notice and choice and the service agreements with our Clients.


We use a third party email service provider to submit email communications to our Clients on our behalf.

We will respond to all access requests within a reasonable timeframe.


Data Retention:

The security of consumers’ personal information and our Clients’ information is important to us.  When you enter sensitive information (such as login credentials) we encrypt the transmission of that information using secure socket layer technology (SSL).
