Service Provider Collection/Use:
We collect the following kinds of personal information from our Clients:
o Contact Information such as name, email address, phone number
o Unique Identifiers such as user name, password
o And if provided, a profile picture
We may collect the following kinds of personal information from Consumers via our Service:

o Chat, voice and/or SMS transcripts

o Assist in the providing of services to Consumers on the behalf of our Clients
o Send the requested product or service information to our Clients
o Respond to customer service requests of our Clients

CAO collects information under the direction of its Clients and has no direct relationship with the individuals whose personal data information it processes. CAO works with its Clients to help them provide notice to their customers concerning the purpose for which personal information is collected.

If you are a customer of one of our Clients and would no longer like to be contacted by one of our Clients that uses our Service, please contact the Client that you interact with directly. If you are a Client and would like to update your account information, you can do so by accessing your account settings or by contacting us via one of the methods listed below.

We use a third party email service provider to submit email communications to our Clients on our behalf.
CAO has no direct relationship with the individuals whose personal information it processes. An individual who seeks access, or who seeks to correct, amend or delete inaccurate data, should direct his query to CAO via one of the methods listed below.

CAO will retain the personal information we process on behalf of our Clients for as long as needed to provide services to our Client. CAO will retain and use this personal information as necessary to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes and enforce our agreements.
The security of consumers’ personal information and our Clients’ information is important to us. When you enter sensitive information (such as login credentials) we encrypt the transmission of that information using secure socket layer technology (SSL).
We follow generally accepted standards to protect the personal information submitted to us, both during transmission and once we receive it. No method of transmission over the Internet, or method of electronic storage, is 100% secure, however. Therefore, we cannot guarantee its absolute security. We use technologies such as cookies, tags and scripts to analyze trends, administer the website, track users’ movements around the website and to gather demographic information about our user base as a whole. We may receive reports based on the use of these technologies on an individual and aggregated basis.

Additional Mobile Considerations
In addition to the other terms in this policy, if you use our mobile applications, we may receive information about your mobile device, including device type and a unique identifier for your device. You may also choose to allow the mobile application to access features available on your device, such as the device’s camera and microphone, or to access the data stored on your device, such as photos and videos, to share such media while using the application.
If you receive SMS messages from one of our Clients, you may opt out by following the opt-out instructions provided by the Client you are communicating with or by contacting the Client. From time to time, we may partner with other companies to allow CAO and its Clients to offer integrations with the Service. If you engage with a Client that uses one of these integrations, CAO may share your data with the third-party partner, receive data about you from the third-party partner, and/or combine the third-party partner data about you with information about you that we collect. We do not control how a third-party partner may use your data. Use of your information by the third-party partner is governed by its privacy policies. If you do not wish for your information to be shared in this way, you may opt not to use such integrations.
Disclosure of Information
We may disclose personal information as required by law, such as to comply with a subpoena, or similar legal process when we believe in good faith that disclosure is necessary to protect our rights, protect your safety or the safety of others, investigate fraud or respond to a government request. If Contact At Once!, LLC is involved in a merger, acquisition or sale of all or a portion of its assets, you will be notified via email and/or a prominent notice on our website of any change in ownership, uses of your personal information and choices you may have regarding your personal information.
