Service Provider Collection/Use:
We collect the following kinds of personal information from our Clients:
o Contact Information such as name, email address, phone number;
o Unique Identifiers such as user name, password;
o And if provided, a profile picture
We may collect the following kinds of personal information from Consumers via our Service:

o Assist in the providing of services to Consumers on the behalf of our Clients
o Send the requested product or service information to our Clients

CAO collects information under the direction of its Clients, and has no direct relationship with the individuals whose personal data information [T3] it processes. CAO works with its Clients to help them provide notice to their customers concerning the purpose for which personal information is collected.
We collect information for our Clients, if you are a customer of one of our Clients and would no longer like to be contacted by one of our Clients that use our Service, please contact the Client that you interact with directly. Service Provider, Sub-Processors/Onward Transfer
We use a third party email service provider to submit email communications to our Clients on our behalf.
CAO has no direct relationship with the individuals whose personal information [T5] it processes. An individual who seeks access, or who seeks to correct, amend, or delete inaccurate data should direct his query to CAO via one of the methods listed below.
Clients who seek to correct, amend, or delete inaccurate data can do so by accessing the settings within their account or by contacting us via one of the methods listed below.
We will respond to all access requests within a reasonable timeframe.
CAO will retain the personal information [T6] we process on behalf of our Clients for as long as needed to provide services to our Client. [T7] CAO will retain and use this personal information as necessary to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.
The security of consumers’ personal information and our Clients’ information is important to us. When you enter sensitive information (such as login credentials) we encrypt the transmission of that information using secure socket layer technology (SSL).
We follow generally accepted standards to protect the personal information submitted to us, both during transmission and once we receive it. No method of transmission over the Internet, or method of electronic storage, is 100% secure, however. Therefore, we cannot guarantee its absolute security.
