This Privacy Policy covers the collection, use and disclosure of information Contact At Once! LLC (CAO, we, us, our) obtains through its Service, which is typically launched from links found on the websites of its Merchants and Providers (Clients) and its Customer Portal, located at portal.contactatonce.co.uk/customerportal.aspx and portal.contactatonce.com/customerportal.aspx . The use of information collected through our Service and Customer Portal shall be limited to the purpose for which the Client has engaged CAO.


CAO has been awarded TRUSTe's Privacy Seal signifying that this privacy policy and practices have been reviewed by TRUSTe for compliance with TRUSTe’s TRUSTed Cloud Program Requirements  including transparency, accountability and choice regarding the collection and use of your personal information. TRUSTe's mission, as an independent third party, is to accelerate online trust among consumers and organizations globally through its leading privacy trustmark and innovative trust solutions. CAO complies with the U.S. – E.U. Safe Harbor framework and the U.S. - Swiss Safe Harbor framework as set forth by the U.S. Department of Commerce regarding the collection, use, and retention of personal data from European Union member countries and Switzerland. Service Provider Collection/Use:

We collect the following kinds of personal information from our Clients:

o   Contact Information such as name, email address, phone number;

o   Unique Identifiers such as user name, password;

o   And if provided, a profile picture

We may collect the following kinds of personal information from Consumers via our Service:

o   Contact Information such as name and email address

We use this information to:

o   Assist in the providing of services to Consumers on the behalf of our Clients

o   Send the requested product or service information to our Clients

o   Respond to customer service requests of our Clients

o   Administer the accounts of our Clients

o   Send newsletters to Clients

CAO collects information under the direction of its Clients, and has no direct relationship with the individuals whose personal data it processes. CAO works with its Clients to help them provide notice to their customers concerning the purpose for which personal information is collected.

Choice

We collect information for our Clients, if you are a customer of one of our Clients and would no longer like to be contacted by one of our Clients that use our Service, please contact the Client that you interact with directly.  If you are a Client and would like to update your account information, you can do so by accessing your account settings or by contact us via one of the methods listed below.

Service Provider, Sub-Processors/Onward Transfer

 

We may transfer personal information to companies that use our Service. Transfers to subsequent third parties are covered by the provisions in this Policy regarding notice and choice and the service agreements with our Clients.

 

We use a third party email service provider to submit email communications to our Clients on our behalf.

 

Access:

 

CAO has no direct relationship with the individuals whose personal data it processes. An individual who seeks access, or who seeks to correct, amend, or delete inaccurate data should direct his query to CAO via one of the methods listed below.

 

Clients who seek to correct, amend, or delete inaccurate data can do so by accessing the settings within their account or by contacting us via one of the methods listed below.

 

We will respond to all access requests within 30 days.


Data Retention:

CAO will retain the personal data we collect for as long as needed to provide our services. CAO will retain and use this personal information as necessary to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.

Security:

 

The security of consumers’ personal information and our Clients’ information is important to us.  When you enter sensitive information (such as login credentials) we encrypt the transmission of that information using secure socket layer technology (SSL).

 

We follow generally accepted standards to protect the personal information submitted to us, both during transmission and once we receive it.  No method of transmission over the Internet, or method of electronic storage, is 100% secure, however.  Therefore, we cannot guarantee its absolute security. With our Customer Portal, we use only session ID cookies.  We use session cookies to make it easier for you to navigate our site. A session ID cookie expires when you close your browser.
