Voice over IP (VoIP) and Live Video

ContactAtOnce!™ provides a VoIP and live video communication option. Once an IM session is established, the site visitor can escalate it to a PC-to-PC video call with the click of a button. This allows consumers and sales people to communicate via "voice call" through the microphone and speakers of their respective computers. The still photo of the sales person can also be replaced with a live webcam video feed.
