A: The Contact At Once! desktop and mobile apps are available for download here. You will need your Contact At Once! user ID and password to use the apps (see question below). Your company's Contact At Once! administrator can also provide you with a direct installation link that will not require that ID or password.
Q: Where can I find my user ID and password for Contact At Once!?
A: While you can always email our live chat support for this, there's an even quicker way: Go to the administrator for your account. He/she can retrieve your user ID and password from the Contact At Once! portal (http://portal.contactatonce.com). He/she simply goes to Provisioning (top navigation bar), then clicks Provision Agent (left-hand menu).
Q: How do I add/remove people to/from my Contact At Once! platform?
A: If you need to add or remove agents (those able to respond to consumer texts or chats), it’s simple! The administrator for your account can do it right from the Contact At Once! portal. Once logged into the portal, visit Provisioning (top navigation bar) and choose Provision Agent (left-hand menu). Of course, if you have any questions, just ask your live chat support team!
Q: How can I upload photos of my sales team (my agents)?
A: The administrator for your account can upload photos through the Contact At Once! portal. Click on Provisioning (top navigation bar) then Provision Agent (left-hand menu). Your administrator will then see the options for editing agent information as well as uploading photos.
Q: What if I forget my password to the Contact At Once! customer portal? How can I reset it?
A: Reset your Contact At Once! portal password by clicking on the “I forgot my password” link on the left side of the customer portal homepage.
