John enjoys building successful technology companies. In fact, Contact At Once! is the fifth such company in which he has been involved at the senior management level. John's 20 years of leadership experience spans companies from Flamenco Networks Inc. to Atlas Commerce, Mercator and SCT/Adage Systems. He started his career at Andersen Consulting (now Accenture) after earning a BSEE degree from Rose-Hulman Institute of Technology.
Marc, a respected authority in the messaging and customer relationship management areas, had the original idea that became Contact At Once!. Prior to founding the company, he spent 18 years at Accenture, building his reputation as a pragmatic innovator who delivers solutions to business problems and opportunities. He held leadership positions from Messaging Practice Leader to Electronic Customer Relationship Management (eCRM) Practice Leader and CRM Practice Technology Leader. Marc is a graduate of Clemson University.
Scott helped develop the first Contact At Once! software version, thanks to his deep understanding of software architecture and development processes. Prior to Contact At Once!, he directed the development of retail payment solutions at CheckFree. In this capacity, he led the creation of web services applications that leveraged CheckFree's electronic payment capacity into new markets. Before CheckFree, Scott spent five years with a consulting firm specializing in custom development for startup software companies. In that role, he designed and developed web applications for consumer banking, CRM and workflow management. Scott holds bachelor's and master's degrees in Mathematics & Computer Science from Emory University.
Gary is a veteran finance and operations executive of multiple high-growth software companies, including Compliance 360, a Software-as-a-Service provider recently acquired by SAI Global Inc. He brings a broad range of financial and operational experience to the company, from deep expertise in capital acquisition and management to profitability growth and customer retention. Before moving to the software industry, though, Gary began his career with Arthur Andersen & Company and advanced to executive management roles with Egleston Children's Hospital. He holds a Bachelor of Accounting degree from Bob Jones University and is a member of the CFO Technology Roundtable and the Technology Association Group of Atlanta.
Skip has devoted his entire professional career to the automotive industry, resulting in a long list of accomplishments. In fact, Skip was the vision and leadership behind the team that launched AutoMart.com in 2004, managing its growth to over 2,000 customers and 1.7 million unique visitors by 2008. When Skip's AutoMart.com team deployed Contact At Once! chat to over 1,000 dealers, he developed a passion for its unique benefits. So when AutoMart.com was acquired by AutoTrader.com, Skip assisted with the transition and then joined Contact At Once!. Since that time, he has been instrumental in the adoption of Contact At Once! solutions by AutoTrader.com, Cars.com, Edmunds.com, Honda, Acura, Kia, Chrysler, Dealer.com and more. Skip graduated from Mount Union College with a degree in business.
Prior to Contact At Once!, Robert had many experiences with the real estate industry, particularly rental search sites. He was the president and co-founder of RentWiki/RentAdvisor (subsequently sold to Apartment List), SVP of Primedia’s Rentals.com and VP of ApartmentGuide.com...to name a few roles. While with Primedia, he also assisted in the growth of RealEstate.com and NewHomeGuide.com, specifically with marketing and public relations. He’s a prolific industry speaker as well, having spoken at every major national, regional and most local industry events and markets. Currently, Robert lives in Atlanta with his wife of 20 years and two teenagers.
Bill has spent over half of his 20+ years of sales/sales management experience in the automotive and automotive software industries. Prior to leading the dealer sales team here, Bill headed Contact At Once! business development with our various partners, account consultants and independent dealer sales. Bill was also the VP of Sales at AutoRevo. During his tenure, AutoRevo was listed as one of the top 100 fastest growing companies in Dallas (twice) and on the Inc. 5000 (2010-2012). He lives in Allen, Texas, with his wife and two daughters.
Therese has extensive experience developing and executing marketing and communications strategies for technology companies, including the launches of multiple early stage software companies and fast-growing SaaS solutions providers. She began working with software companies during the high-growth phase of ERP and supply chain solutions and gained a reputation as a leader in the development of innovative direct marketing strategies. Therese holds a B.A. in Journalism from Western Kentucky University, is a member of Atlanta's High Tech Ministries and volunteers with community youth ministries.
With more than 15 years of experience developing and managing solutions and services that garner rave customer reviews, Damon is responsible for cultivating a passion for performance in our Virtual Sales organization, a team that stands in for our customers when they're not available to answer chats and texts. Damon's passion is process-oriented management and his goal is a positive--and powerful--user experience for online shoppers whether they're interacting with your team or ours. He began his career in software development with industry giant Lockheed Martin. He has since developed deep expertise in the automotive industry, joining Contact At Once! in 2008. Damon holds a B.S. in Computer Science from North Carolina State University.
Ed has been working with automotive dealers for over 27 years, championing many new services that “move the needle” for his customers. He helped pioneer the use of call tracking and measurements to increase sales and quantify the return on marketing during his seven years at Who’s Calling Inc. Ed began selling and coaching auto dealers on Contact At Once! services in 2006, finally joining the company as VP of Sales in April 2007. He holds a B.B.A in Marketing and Management from Temple University.
