If you’re ready to sign up officially, you can do it through FCA’s Dealer Connect portal. Please follow the below steps...or chat/text to get in touch with your rep for further assistance!
Step 1
Log in to the Dealer Connect portal.
(You’ll need your user ID, password and Dealer Code.)
Step 2
Click on the “Sales” tab in the top left.
Step 3
Locate the “FCA Digital - Dealer Websites and
Leads” middle blue section, and click “FCA
Digital Program Information & Enrollment.”
Step 4
Choose “Lead Generators” in the left side
column, which will open a drop-down menu.
Select “Chat/SMS.”
Step 5
Click “Enroll Now” button underneath the
Contact At Once! logo (a list of companies will
appear in the middle of your screen).
Step 6
A “Program Enrollment Section” will populate
underneath where you can choose your
package and follow the prompts to enroll!
