Michael Chapple

Michael is a customer support specialist with ContactAtOnce!. A baritone voice is his signature. Over time he has observed many “best practices” (as well as “worst practices”) and enjoys sharing both with the user community in hopes of helping everyone be more successful. He has been a ContactAtOnce! user since May, 2008.

Susan Greene

Susan is a customer support specialist with ContactAtOnce!. Her sense of humor is legendary. She takes the pulse of users every day and enjoys sharing helpful tips. She has been working with ContactAtOnce! users since October, 2007.

Marc Hayes

Marc is the founder and EVP of Products for ContactAtOnce!. As such, Marc has collaborated with or spoken to more ContactAtOnce! customers than any other person on earth. That means he has collected a lot of good ideas. Marc’s biggest challenge is to slow down long enough to capture all those ideas in blog posts. Marc has been a ContactAtOnce! user since, well, since the beginning in 2004. He was the inventor and user #1.

Damon Hughes

Damon manages the customer support function for ContactAtOnce!, a role that gives him ample opportunity to interact with many users. He is an avid collector of “best practices” and enjoys sharing them in order to help everyone be more successful. Damon has been a ContactAtOnce! user since February, 2008.

Bill James

Bill James is a Dealership Consultant and Sales Trainer with 25 years of Dealership experience. He has helped Dealers all across the U.S. and Canada maximize and grow their businesses. His company, Automotive Performance Concepts, conducts workshops, seminars and in-dealership training on Sales, Internet Sales, B.D.C.’s and Management strategies. Ryan Lucia

Ryan is a ContactAtOnce! sales executive. He started his career as a sales person at a car dealership, eventually moving into the role of Internet Director. That experience gives Ryan a unique perspective on how dealers can best leverage chat to sell more cars. Ryan tells his story in a video blog post here.

Yago Paramo

Yago has over 10 years of experience is selling/marketing cars while he was in college. After earning a bachelor degree for e-commerce Marketing and Computer Science, Yago decided to follow his own passion, automotive e-commerce. He assembled a team of professionals and help them to develop innovative technologies to bring e-business marketing programs for automotive dealers. Within a year, Paramo Group grew to serving more than 200 franchised and independent dealers in the WA area.

Dave Parrott

Dave is the Internet Director for Global Imports BMW & Mini in Atlanta, GA.  He has been a ContactAtOnce! user since September, 2008.

Karim Peters

Karim holds the honor of being the very first ContactAtOnce! customer support specialist, having been a ContactAtOnce! user since October, 2005. His list of tips is a mile long and nothing makes his day like helping other users become more successful.

Wayne is the BDC Manager at CarSense in Uwchland, PA (Philadelphia area). He has been a ContactAtOnce! user and adminstrator since May, 2007.

Brad Whisenhunt

Brad is a ContactAtOnce! sales executive. He started his career as an automotive sales person, then worked his way up to become General Manager at a Ford dealership.
