John enjoys building successful technology companies. ContactAtOnce!™
is the fifth technology startup in which John has been involved
at the senior management level.
John’s 20 years of leadership experience spans companies
including Flamenco Networks Inc. where he was President & CEO.
Prior, John was SVP Sales and Chief Marketing Officer at Flamenco,
CMO at Atlas Commerce, VP of Product Marketing at Mercator and VP
Development and Customer Service at SCT/Adage Systems. John started
his career at Andersen Consulting (now Accenture) after earning
a BSEE degree from Rose-Hulman Institute of Technology.
Marc F. Hayes, Jr.
Founder and Executive Vice President of Strategy
Marc knows innovation, Customer Relationship Management and enterprise
solution delivery.
Prior to founding ContactAtOnce!™ ,
Marc spent 18 years at Accenture where he built a reputation as
a pragmatic innovator who delivered solutions to business problems
and opportunities. He held leadership positions including electronic
Customer Relationship Management (eCRM) Practice Leader and CRM
Practice Technology Leader. Most recently Marc led Accenture's
emerging Messaging Practice and worked closely with the leading
IM providers.
Marc is a respected authority in many areas of Messaging and Customer
Relationship Management. Gartner Group published in October 2003,
a “First Take” on one of Marc's solutions calling it
“an early example of how presence can be used in unified communications…enhancing
customer service.” Notably, one effort that Marc led, the
Interactive Messaging Service, was a finalist for Microsoft’s
2003 Partner Product of the Year Award. Marc has been a featured
speaker at many industry events and a contributing author in many
books and articles.
Ed Parkinson.
Vice President of Sales
Ed likes selling solutions that really “move the needle” for his
customers. Prior to ContactAtOnce!™ , Ed helped pioneer the use of
call tracking and measurement to increase sales and quantify the
return-on-marketing as employee 12 at Who’s Calling Inc.
Ed truly understands the “research-online purchase-offline”
characteristic of verticals such as automotive, multi-family
housing, finance, etc., having spent his entire 25 year career in
them. Ed holds a B.B.A in Marketing and Management from Temple
University.
Scott Bogartz
Vice President of Product Development
Scott understands software architecture and development processes.
Prior to ContactAtOnce!™ ,
Scott directed the development of retail payments solutions at CheckFree.
In this capacity, he led the creation of web services applications
that leveraged CheckFree’s electronic payments capacity into
new markets. In addition, Scott was the technical representative
for business development helping define and prioritize requirements,
providing sales support and working with customers directly to ensure
customer needs were reflected in the product.
Before CheckFree, Scott spent 5 years with a consulting firm
specializing in custom development for startup software companies.
In that role, Scott designed and developed web applications for
consumer banking, CRM and workflow management. Scott is a
contributing editor to The Agile Times, a newsletter devoted to
emerging software development methodology, and holds BS and MS degrees
in Mathematics & Computer Science from Emory University.
